How old? Ok so I've hit 40. Life's just begun and I launched into my forties with a sponsored tandem sky dive while living with multiple sclerosis.
I'm currently learning to teach yoga and have just completed the Flora London Marathon. I'm actually a Charitable Representative at the Yorkshire Building Society, and I'm currently aiming to raise £85,000 for the MS Society, a charity that supports the 85,000 multiple sclerosis sufferers in the UK.
News! I've been nominated as Croydon's Charity Volunteer of the Year , and the MS Society has featured me in their MS Superstars Flora London Marathon 2007 Souvenir Newsletter(1.5MB PDF).
New on the website: the story of my multiple sclerosis & fitness, and just a few of the past fundraising campaigns I've been involved in. Read the marathon training blog, see what I'm doing now and upcoming charity fundraising events.
Here's a fun quiz; answers by email.
